Amendment No. 6 was offered by Representative Elton: Page 2, line 10, after "court": Insert "; and" Delete "." Page 2, after line 10, add a new paragraph to read: "(3) DNA analysis services to the Alaska Division of Child Support Enforcement for the purpose of paternity determination." Representative Elton moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 6 be adopted. 1995-02-08 House Journal Page 0281 HB 27 Representative Parnell objected. Representative Elton moved and asked unanimous consent to withdraw Amendment No. 6. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Vezey moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 27(FIN) am be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Representative Mackie objected. The Speaker stated that CSHB 27(FIN) am will be in third reading on the February 10, 1995, calendar.
